In need of Help (editor, proof reader, and general advice)

Hi, I am the author of the fan fiction Gadgeteer Rising. I am looking for help. I need someone who is experienced at writing to help me with my format and any general tips. I think i might need some one to help me edit or proof read. I've written stories all my life but have been hyper critical of what i write usually destroying the story after its completed for some reason or another. I am hoping i can get over this problem and successfully complete a story with out destroying it.
