Sorry, no chapter this week

I'm suffering a chest infection and I'm feeling totally crap, so there will be no Somewhere Else Entirely this week.

I have the next three or four chapters all roughed out, so no worries there - my muse refuses to let up. It's just that the body can't cope at the moment.

I hope to get back into the saddle in time for next week.
