Police Shooting Update

They arrested a 16 Y O who confessed to the crime ,They interviewed his dad who broke down in his apollogy to the family and police force . Dad just said where did I go wrong! How does a 16 Y O get a gun ? also the cop was not wearing a vest and took multible shots to the chest.This was number 6 this year in Florida and it's only February OMG.
