MORFS follows a potential future world that has been wracked with a virus "Massive Ontogenetic Regulation Failure Syndrome", or MORFS for short, which has spread out across the globe causing changes in the genome regulating DNA of people plants and animals which can result in completely random mutations that completely change the lives of those it affects.
