La Bella Ragazza

Like Blanche du Bois, I have always counted on the kindness of Readers. I have changed the title of my story to A Mississippi River Romance. In spite of my efforts to keep track, the story doesn't always feature a note or a caption to declare (Well...I do declare?) that the story is located in the St. Louis area. I have changed a few captions and the title to reflect that.

I apologize. More than several folks have been left wondering why the characters don't talk like they live in the state of Mississippi, since I didn't really make clear the fact that the two families live in suburban Missouri. I would love to post another chapter tonight, but I've been feeling poorly all night. So I'll hold off. After all, tomorrow is another day!
