Looking for name of story

im looking for a story where the main character is some sort of computer whiz.He has to got to job interview dressed as a girl and ends up getting his hips realigned and put in a corset.The person responsible for it gets arrested and she gets hired as a manager.I think it was a clothing company and it was implied that the main character was intersexed.
