Access Denied

Not sure this is the right place to post this. I'm trying to access my favourite stories in My Account>Organiser Page, a thing I've done hundreds of times before, but now it's saying Access Denied. Please help as I really don't have time to search the alphabetic story list for nearly 30 stories that I am currently reading.
