Censorship in Germany - Nazi times coming again?

I know that blog is kinda old, but I'm really thankful someone did the work, and wrote and english article about the situation in Germany.

Private Censorship in Germany.

You might notice that article is from April, and as we now have August, Germany is sailing right into a new time of censorship. Yes, you read right - Politicians not only want to block childporn, but all 'dangerous' sites and sites able to influence youth in a bad way too.
Anyone being reminded of Nazi times?
