Selling One's Scribbles?

Wasn't there a notice somewhere to the effect that writers can donate their stories? Then the stories can be published and sold with the proceeds going to Top Shelf? I have one kicking around and if that's a possiblility? (and if they'll have it?) I'd like to do just that.
