There will not be an entry tonight. And possibly not tomorrow. My uncle died this afternoon. The only one of my mother's brothers to be worth anything. I was originally named for him. He was the first of her brothers to accept me as a girl. He was the most gentle and caring man I've ever known. His standard being impossible to live up to is probably part of why I am a lesbian.
