Prostate cancer in trans women

The news about Joe Biden's prostate cancer diagnosis reminds me that most trans women still have their prostate and so could possibly get prostate cancer. Since testosterone tends to fuel the cancer that may reduce the incidence in trans women with a lower hormone level but does not eliminate it and it seems that the PSA test which is often used as an indicator of cancer may be normal in a trans woman who has early cancer.
