Urgh!

and other similar observations

I don't have a lot to say today, i'm not having a great week. Okay tbh Monday wasn't too bad, i had a walk along the river and enjoyed the sunshine. However as we moved into the evening i started feeling a bit under the weather, so much so that i cancelled my plans for Tuesday before i gave up on the day. Yesterday i felt rough, i forced myself out for a short walk but gave up on the day mid afternoon and so started a round of fitful sleep, hot & cold sweats and aches which took me through to this morning. Yep i look and feel like crap.

I thought i'd escaped this winter but as soon as it warmed up - well urgh! Which is annoying as the weather really is quite pleasant. hopefully i'll be back to the land of the non zombie soon.
