Looking for an Editor

Forums:

Hi all,

I'm looking for an editor, mine has lost contact and I'd like to get this story out.

Some of you my know my Catwalk series so that should give you a bit on my writing style.

This isn't another chapter in Catwalk but that may come later. This is for a new complete story of around 50,000 words.

I'm mainly looking for grammar correction and any glaring mistakes I made. Comments on content and story flow are also welcome but I'm not looking to do a full re-write :)

If you're interested, shoot me a message and we'll talk.

Thanks,

Connie

Connie,
I saw this post yesterday and used it as an opportunity to jump to your Catwalk series. After five chapters I note that it's very clean and easy to read, great fun, and so far no glaring issues. Specifically, there are no typos, missing words, or continuity mistakes. Nor are there any homonym errors, syntax, tense or punctuation issues. Whoever did the proofreading and/or editing did a fine job. The choice of setting, i.e. a diary, allows a lot of latitude in the presentation and the need for grammatical correctness.

I will leave the few comments as I read, but I thought I would send this to you directly, as not every author is set up to view comments on older stories. I'm so glad I came across your post and I'm enjoying Catwalk.
