I wish I lived in Indiana, because I would start talking to businesses about how to abuse this law. A few examples follow.

1. Getting a Catholic owned business to refuse to do business with Masonic organizations.
2. Finding an ultra-conservative church member to refuse service to an African-American Wedding because their faith says that Africans are descended from Cain...
3. A Jewish or Muslim business to refuse service to a Christian group due to 'pork' contamination.
4. An Atheist refusing to serve a Religious Group.

Any one else come up with some, that the Indiana Government obviously didn't think of?

You missed the obvious one

Get pacificts to refuse service to government officials since they are part of an organization that employs "hired killers" which is against their religeous beliefs. This has the added advantage that you might manage to directly inconvenience the people who approved this law.
